- Copiii sub 3 ani beneficiază de intrare gratuită.
- Copiii între 3 – 14 ani neîmpliniți intră în categoria biletelor pentru copii.
- Este interzis accesul copiilor între 0 – 14 ani în zona Spa.
- Șezlongurile sunt gratuite în limita disponibilității.
- Prețurile conțin TVA.
- Accesul în Amazonia Aquapark se va face doar la Recepția 1.
- Accesul la cursurile de înot se va face doar la Recepția 2.
- Abonamentele de înot se pot achiziționa doar la Recepția 2.
- Biletele achiziționate în Magazinul Online pot fi utilizate doar în ziua pentru care au fost cumpărate. Prețul biletelor nu se poate restitui și folosirea acestora nu poate fi amânată la o dată ulterioară.
- La achiziția biletelor online se adaugă taxa de procesare 2 RON.
- * PREŢ REDUS - Se aplică de luni până vineri, în afara sărbătorile legale din România și Serbia, a zilelelor libere acordate de stat sau a mini-vacanțelor și vacanțelor școlare.
- ** PREŢ ÎNTREG - Se aplică sâmbăta, duminica, în sărbătorile legale din România și Serbia, în zilele libere acordate de stat, mini-vacanțe și vacanțe școlare din județul Timiș
- *** SENIORI - Reducerea pentru seniori se aplică doar de luni până vineri și pe perioada vacanțelor școlare, persoanelor cu vârsta peste 60 de ani la prezentarea unui act doveditor. Biletele pentru seniori se pot achiziționa doar la recepție.
- **** Extra copil – 60 RON (La biletul de familie cu 3 copii se mai pot adăuga maxim 10 copii). Serviciul „extra copil” se poate folosi doar la biletele achiziționate la recepție, împreună cu un bilet de familie. Nu este disponibil online.
- Depășirea timpului alocat - Se aplică un tarif de 10 RON/ 30 min, însă acesta nu va depăși tariful maxim pe o zi corespunzător tipului de bilet achiziționat.

- Children under 3 years old benefit from free entry.
- Children more than 3 and less than 14 years of age enter the category of children's tickets.
- Access to children between 0 and 14 years old is prohibited in the Spa area.
- Sunbeds are free subject to availability.
- Prices include VAT.
- Access to Amazonia Aquapark will only be at Reception 1.
- Access to swimming lessons will only be at Reception 2.
- Swimming passes can only be purchased at Reception 2.
- Tickets purchased in the Online Shop can only be used on the day for which they were purchased. Ticket prices are non-refundable and their use cannot be postponed to a later date.
- A processing fee of 2 RON is added to online ticket purchases.
- * REDUCED PRICE - Applies from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Romania and Serbia, state holidays or mini-holidays and school holidays.
- ** FULL PRICE - Applicable on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays in Romania and Serbia, state holidays, mini-holidays and school holidays in Timiș county.
- *** SENIORS - The discount for seniors applies only from Monday to Friday and during school vacations, for people over 60 years of age on presentation of proof of age. Senior tickets can only be purchased at reception.
- **** Extra child – 60 RON (A maximum of 10 additional children can be added to the family ticket for 3 children). The “extra child” service can only be used for tickets purchased at the reception, together with a family ticket. It is not available online.
- Exceeding the allotted time - A fee of 10 RON/ 30 min applies, but it will not exceed the maximum daily fare for the type of ticket purchased.
