You can enjoy aromatherapy carefully chosen for your needs, complementary enzyme water and herbal tea, as well as the equipment necessary to carry out the therapies.

In our center we respect the following aspects:
Please keep the silence both in the access corridors to the therapy rooms, and in the therapy room, the communication with the therapist should be in a note of silence. It is important that both you and our other guests can enjoy an introspective and peaceful experience of Asian therapies.
Upon entering each therapy room, please take off your shoes. For us, therapy rooms are sacred, small temples for your body and soul. It is important to keep away from the therapy room any bacteria or infections brought from outside.
Use of the uniform provided by our center. To provide the most pleasant experience for both you and our therapist, please use the uniform provided for various therapies: the specific uniform for Thai therapies, disposable underwear for Balinese therapies.
Your health and safety is important to us. Therefore, in the medical questionnaire you fill in at the beginning of the therapy, please be as detailed as possible about your ailments, allergies or other relevant information about your health. It is important that you understand that the failure to inform us of your health condition absolves us of any damages to your health due to your failure to communicate your health problems.
Our therapists will make sure that you feel comfortable, and that the pressure, music, and temperature are ideal for you. Your relaxation and health are our priority.
Please use the toilet areas with care and hygiene. We disinfect them 3 times a day, but it is important that in case another beneficiary wants to use the toilet immediately after you, they find the same cleanliness that you found.
All members of the team of therapists specialized and graduated from the Terapia Thai Elena Nastaca international school. They have undergone a rigorous examination before they started the therapies at this center, and they all follow the same standardization of international therapy protocols brought right from Asia to you. It is important to understand that whichever therapist applies the techniques, you will enjoy the same levels of safety and maximum benefits. Therefore, our center does not approve the selection and preferential treatment of certain therapists chosen by you. If you still particularly want a certain therapist, you will have to pay a therapist preference fee of 100 RON.
The time of our therapists is important to be able to offer as many beneficiaries as possible the opportunity for health and relaxation. Therefore, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you have a change of plans and you can no longer make it to the scheduled therapy time. Failure to notify in time of the cancellation of the reservation will oblige you to pay the full amount of the therapy, because in the respective interval not honored by you, we did not have the opportunity to offer therapy to another person who may have really been in need.
We want you to fully enjoy the rituals of our center. Therefore, please do not be late for the scheduled therapy time. The delay will shorten the total therapy time, so that the next scheduled client is not forced to suffer because of your delay. We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the therapy, in order to have time to complete the medical questionnaire, change in the specific uniform and enjoy in the silence accompanied by melotherapy and a therapeutic tea made with love by us from carefully selected medicinal plants and enzyme water with plants and crystals.
If you were satisfied with the performance of the therapist or the receptionist, our center supports the policy of gratuity to show our staff your satisfaction.
In our center, we support the therapies applied to children, but only with the assistance of the parent, for children up to the age of 18. You can enjoy a therapy together, customized to each one's needs: the parent benefits from one type of therapy, the child from another type of therapy, but in the same room, at the same time.
If you have babies and it is necessary to breastfeed them during the therapy, just mention to us that you are coming with them, we have a therapy room specially designed for children, very well soundproofed so as not to disturb the other clients, and we can manage therapy times according to the needs of your baby. We will apply your therapy in the presence of the child, while he is playing or sleeping.
