We invite you into the world of Pilates, one of the most effective methods of remodelling and improving physical condition. The Pilates method includes mind-body exercises, an original way of toning the body and maintaining mental balance. Sessions consist of exercises performed on specific equipment, with the training program adapted to each individual client.
Unlike many other forms of exercise, Pilates improves muscle asymmetries, shapes silhouettes and improves balance, coordination and breath control. Pilates can do all this because the exercises develop flexibility and muscle strength simultaneously. So, whatever your age or physical condition, you can sign up for one of the classes available.

We also welcome expectant mothers to our Pilates sessions as we offer classes for pregnant women. During these classes, we focus on teaching proper breathing and preparing the body for a much easier birth.
